How to gain permisions for another user to edit report in PBI protal

Although this user has Global Administrator role in PBI there is only three choices:
Read
Read and Reshare
Remove access

I need to gain editing permission . User require save desired filters configuration to Bookmarks.

Seems odd that that they don’t have editing permission. I’m presuming it’s just a setup issue somewhere in the company’s Power BI tenant

So the user is unable to use this below?

Also are they enable at the workspace level? This potentially could be a problem.

Maybe try make them a member…

Thanks Sam! The client recently moved from personal version and all dataset left in My Workspace. In this workspace is impossible to gain editing permissions for other users. When I created a new workspace in sharing form appeared option to make administrator role.
