You can create this visual as shown using the standard matrix visual with conditional icon and font formatting.

If you need additional detail, please provide a sample PBIX and I’d be glad to demonstrate.

I would like to know application of DAX for TOTALYTD and TOTALMTD. If you come across some demo, please refer me.

PS: I am not looking for Conditional icon and font formatting. Sorry for confusion.
