Help - Power Query

Hi everyone,

I just received an Excel file to create a Power BI project but I’m a bit confused about the first steps in Power Query.
As you can see there are 3 equipment with their own tag at the same worksheet. I’ll receive one file everyday and it’ll be at the same structure.

I’m trying to create a table with one column as a date time and the other with all the related information. Can anyone help me?
