FYTD Hours calculation

Hi Experts,
I have below dax codes to calculate YTD numbers. Is there a workout to override the external filters on dates in this formula i.e., even i applied for filters on dates, total ytd number should not change ?

    HASONEVALUE(Dates[FY]),
    CALCULATE([Charged Hours],
        FILTER(
            ALL(Dates),
            Dates[FY]=VALUES(Dates[FY])

    )

I’m not sure why you would want to hard code the information into the coding.
Could you please load your file, so we all can help you with a solution?
