Filter Slicers without Bidirection

I have two dim tables (dimRegion and dimSalesperson), that individually have a relationship with my ‘Fact-Sales’ table.

If both the dim tables are used as slicers in a report and I set a filter on dimRegion, is there any way PowerBI can automatically update my Salesperson slicer (for all salespeolple in the region selected) without the use of bidirectional filters?

Doesn’t sound like you can directly filter your salesperson table, but you salesperson data should also be in the fact table I presume, so it should just filter naturally.
