If an alphabet appears in A and B both, then alphabet from that column will be listed as per where the frequency is the highest. Hence, A appears in both columns A and B with frequency of 3 and 4. Hence, it gets listed 4 times.
F appears with frequency of 3 in column A but it doesn’t appear in column B, hence F appears 3 times in output.
