Excel BI Power Query Challenge Workout 014

-CAN YOU SOLVE THIS - POWER QUERY CHALLENGE 14-
(Excel formulas also welcome)

A process gets executed in steps A through D in order (not all steps are necessary in the process but the order defines when the process has started and when it has ended. Hence, it can start with B and finish with C.).
When steps get repeated, they should be suffixed as shown.
Rows 10 to 13, A comes after D hence a new process has started, they get suffixed with (2)
Rows 14 to 17, B comes after C hence a new process has started, they get suffixed with (3)
