Rotate the grid given in A4:E7 as per values given in B1.
The answer is shown for 2 rows rotation.
If B1 = no of rows in the grid, then rotation will reset.
Hence, in above case if B1 is 4, then that is equivalent to rotation of 0. If B1 is 7, then that is equivalent to 3.
