Events video aren't there

Why can’t i view any video for events? How can i watch past events?

Thank you for reaching out to the EnterpriseDNA teams regarding the issue with accessing videos for events.

It seems there might be some issues when accessing the Virtual Events through the Events tab on your Dashboard. To ensure a smoother experience, we recommend accessing Virtual Events via the Learning Center > Events > Historical Events section.

The process you stated is the one that i’m using. The Video isn’t coming up to able to click on it.

Ps…I cleared that cache before doing this again.

Learning Center > Events > Historical Events section.

I’m following that process if you look at the screen print…it states events historical events

Something is wrong with all the videos in that section.

I saw your video. I was clicking on the “see detail” information section instead of clicking on the “Virtual event” section.
