Elilipses and Focus mode not showing on charts in Power BI App

Hi all,

In Power BI service, on my charts, I am not getting the focus mode or the three ellipses but I am getting in them in Power BI Desktop See image #1 below. How can I change that or what am I doing wrong? I have not disabled it.

Hi @ysherriff - Please ensure that this option “Hide the visual Header in Reading view” is not enabled in Power Bi Desktop file before publishing to Power Bi Service.

To Reach here go to File → Option ands Settings → Options

I have it unchecked and it still not working. What could possibly be the issue?

did you reboot power bi? Sometime if you change option within Power bi, you need to reboot it.

I sure did Keith and here is the picture from Power BI service showing the visuals header is also off.

no idea. Did you go to power bi community to see if someone else has made a posting? Known issue?

Did you have it before on the service? Maybe something changed within the service and your license
