I am definitely not a DAX superstar like some of the folks in this community, but I’ve never seen a pattern like that using “>0”. What I have seen (and used myself) is “+0” which forces the value returned by the COUNTROWS() function to be 0 instead of a blank value when there are no rows that match the criteria. Whether or not that is necessary (or even desirable) in your use case will depend on how/where your measure is being used.
