Could anyone please tell mw how to download the PBIX files from the sample showcase. I am specifically interested in the financial reporting package

Welcome to the Forum!
In the Portal you’ll find Power BI Showcases, when you click on one, you’ll see an image of the report and an option to download it below that.

I followed the instruction and it seems that the only way I can download the pbix files for an additional fee. I was given the assurance that my monthly subscription entitles me to those downloads. Please confirm if I am mistaken

Your monthly subscription should give you access to all tutorials and resources.
