Display The Percent of change on line chart label

How Can We add the line chart label alone in The (Line And Clustered Column Chart) the problem is when I enable the data labels to (on) it will display the label numbers of the Bar and the line as well, but I need only to display the label of the %chang only as it shows on the attached picture.

When you currently turn data labels on for that style of chart it does not give you option to choose which label you want.
