Decided to Retract Question

I have decided to retract my question. Wasn’t getting the answers I wanted.

@SammiP,

Two options: paid visuals or Deneb with Vega/Vega-Lite. Paid visuals like Zebra BI Cards, xViz Advanced Gauge, or OKVIZ Card give you KPI cards with variances, sparklines, and gauges out of the box with little DAX. Deneb takes more setup but it’s more flexible and lets you build once and reuse.

Your report already has Actual, Budget, and Forecast set up. If those are working, the task is just replicating the excel-style layout not messing with the semantic model. As a sidenote, those chart types aren’t only “unfashionable,” they’re also cluttered and ineffective.

To get meaningful help here, you’ll still need to clarify some things like whether comparisons are against Budget or Forecast, the time grain for sparklines, and whether tiles should cross-filter or stay fixed. And you might want to describe your threshold logic as in what counts as “good” or “bad” in gauge or status indicators (fixed thresholds, tolerance bands, or relative variance?). Without more context, forum members don’t really have enough detail to dive in and give concrete solutions.
