DAX to filter a data table based on Calculated Customer Trend

Good day all

My first post on the forum since I am stuck and not sure how to get to the following

I need to use a DAX calculation to act as a filter so that I can answer the question how many customers did not buy this year but bought in the same period the prior year, how much volume lost and who they are. ’

I could get the DAX formula created to do the calculation for the Customer Trend classification, but am struggling to figure out the formula to calculate the Total Volume, Revenue and Margin lost for each Customer trend in something like this:

Please help me understand the next steps, I tried to add the measure a matrix visual but that does not work.

@SamMcKay developed quite a few videos describing modeling customer churn, and I suspect lost revenue is one of the many topics he covered. If you search youtube for ‘customer churn sam mckay’ you’ll stumble on them.
