Hi, i have created some dataflows which i then pull into a dataset file which i want to be a central dataset file which can service all reports. All the transformations are performed in the dataflows there is no transformations taking place in the dataset and there are no visuals, when i trigger an on demand refresh the dataset it refreshes in under 30 seconds, which is great.

However, I have now started to add some basic measures into the central dataset (real basic sum of amoun columns) so that when users create their own reports and use this dataset as their source there is already some basic measures in place, however the on demand refresh time of the dataset now jumps to 3 mins, why is that? I was under the impression measures were only calculated at the point they are loaded into visuals, therefore as there are no visuals in my dataset i was not expecting this performance drop.

Have i done something wrong? Any ideas, suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks

Hi, i have fixed the issue, it was an issue with the dataflow.
