Customizable slab wise data

I want to create a slab wise sales table where the size of the slabs is customizable.
Example –
Suppose I have a data table with InvoiceID, Sales Qty, and Free Qty. I want to create a slab wise sales table where users can change the slab sizes and see the results easily.

You are looking for slab size which user will be updating is in power bi or it will be a separate data source where user will change and update the power bi?
