Customer Lifetime Value by Cohort

Apologies for brevity due to phone typing.

Ideas:
-cumulative probability curves (at x months y % of customers came back OR 50% of your customers in this cohort spent more than X)
-relative time cohort analysis(how is you jan 2019 cohort performing after 1 quarter versus jan 18 and jan 17)
-cohort analysis in real time (a fixed event happened at date XYZ that impacted the entire business. What impact did it have on the each cohort)
purchase intervals by numer of visits (time)

Stuff like that

Ok thanks for the ideas.

What you refer to as relative time cohort analysis is already covered here - the techniques for quarterly reviews are exactly the same

Certainly some complex ones to look into, but I like them. All are possible.

Hi Sam

In which part of the show-case we get information about customer lifetime value (CLTV)?, to be specific Kindly refer to the following link: https://hbr.org/2014/07/how-valuable-are-your-customers

Thank you in Advance

Potentially this is possible’ but I haven’t created any specific content on this currently
