Custom Conditional Formatting with Calculation Groups

Hi,
I have 12 measures with 17 variations so I have implemented Calculation Groups and built matrix full of them in Power BI. Now I want to apply custom conditional formatting based on these calculation items and it doesnt work.
My Calc groups are Current Period and Calc Items are Actual, Fcst, BDGT etc.,
When I try to reference from my calc group the current period column and write an if condition nothing displays just blank. Is this possible at all ?
Note: It works for positive & negative values however I want to control every cell background color

Many thanks

@Archer,

I’d be happy to be proven wrong, but based on the research I’ve done on this question I don’t think it’s currently possible using calculation groups:

Yes you are right ! there seems to be no work around or hack as of now to achieve this
thanks for your response & assurance. Moving on :grinning:

@Archer,

I haven’t seen the Power BI roadmap for this year, but it wouldn’t surprise me at all within the next few months if this becomes a feature added within one of the monthly updates. Seems they are always adding new conditional formatting options into the mix. Will keep my eyes out for this…
