My goal is to get automatically the products for customer, that they do not have yet, to provide Customer Potencial.

Hello @mferry Marija Strobel. To help the forum members further analyze your current state and visualize your issue, could you please provide as many as you can of:
• Your work-in-progress PBIX file, using sanitized data if necessary

• Your dataset as an Excel file (again, sanitized if necessary)
• A detailed mock-up (marked-up screenshot of the visual in question or Excel file) showing your desired outcome.
• What is the EnterpriseDNA course/content referred to (provide URL)
• What is the video (provide URL)
Also, if you provide DAX or Power Query code in your post, please format it using the built-in formatting.
If you open the power bi file and click on the graph, and look on the right hand side of the under the Cross Selling folder.open up the folder and go to Potential cross… formula and click on that. formula will appear in the formula bar where you can compare his formula and your formula to it. (look for the green check marks which indicates the formula used in the graph.
Thanks a lot, i had look at model from another perspective so now i understand all graphs. I didnt understand the concept right away. I thought i could clear see what are the customers that can have another products also. In this model i get also this information but not directly. Thanks All the best. Marija
