Hi folks,
This should be a no-brainer, but what way(s), in the Query Editor, can you copy one row which can then be further manipulated? I’m not posting an example as it’s a generic question and would apply to ‘any’ row within a query.

Well you cannot copy a row but you can certainly create a duplicate of that row. Since I’m not sure what’s your exact requirement. I’m providing some of links of an articles as a video below for the reference -
