Connection change from power bi web

Can we change the data source from power bi web service .
For example: I created report for some one and i shared it with some one both are on pro but the user want to change the dataset of that report from the power bi .He/she do not want to use the desktop version .

Is it possible to change the dataset from power bi web (the schema of data will be exactly same)

Right now there is no such option available. The web reports now give the end user the option to filter the reports and change the visuals but not the access to the original data source.

Is there any way like through Api we can do that .?
