Apparently, I’m among the last to know, but Color Palette FX now longer exists, yes/no. At least, the www.palettefx.com url no longer works.
There are many other sources, but everyone spoke well of Color Palette.

I think that site is down - have you checked out https://coolors.co ?
All handled on a website, you can use it without login, or signup for free and save palettes
They have several options:
Pick Palette from Photo:
Create a Collage (of Photo & Palette)
Make a Gradient Palette
Color Contrast Checker (to see how readable your visual choices are)
and an area to explore palettes area for inspiration (trending, latest, or popular):
