Cohort analysis for ALL customers in a month, not just new subscribers

I’ve currently got cohort analysis set up for new customers based on their first transaction date which is a column in my customer table, but unsure how to do it so that I can see the same type of matrix visual but for everyone that visited in each month. So for Jan-23 I’d see 500 visits and then at point 1 I’d see 300 for how many of those visitors returned in Feb-23.

Is this possible?

Thanks but this is for new customers. I’m wanting to do Cohort analysis for all customers in a specific month, it could be their 1st visit, 2nd visit or 100th visit over time but wanting to get a sense of what % of customers from each month are coming back in the future months.
