Classifying values based on Max Min Ranges

Hello Fellow Power BI Users -

Good morning and hope you can help me. Maybe this is covered in one of your lectures but cannot find it. I need to get a text value in my table based on a calculated measure value and looking at another table for Max Min Values.

I have uploaded a pdf document detailing the issue I am facing.
