I’m waiting for the new External Tools menu which opens DAX Studio, Tabular Editor… from within PowerBI Desktop, coming soon!.

I think we have exactly the same wishlist. My understanding is the XMLA read/write is what will enable the external tools menu.

Looks like it will just be for Premium though :frowning:
