Hi All

Since they moved into a new platform, do you know where you can change your credit card for subscription renewal? This used to be available on the old site but can’t find this anymore.

Hi @swong12, thanks for psoting this inquiry.

If you have an account in the old platform, you can change your credit card details there. Our payment system will migrate your info to the new platform to update your account info.

I have just contacted you as I am having issues with the auto-renewal. I can’t get access to the paid content so I am not sure if it’s a credit card issue or if the system didn’t renew.
