% Change not working in Tabular Editor

Hi all,

This is my first foray into using Tabular Editor and for some reason it is not accepting my % change for time intelligence. What could I be doing wrong? See image # 1 for an example. Any help is appreciated.

why are you subtracting the same variable from each other.
Selectedmeasure() is the same value. you will get 0 automatically
