My understanding is that you submit your challenges within the challenge topic.
Project Center
Select Builds
Select the Challenge that you are submitting for
select the challenge and then click on the “Submit your build Entry”

Thank you for your interest in submitting an entry for the Builds project.
Please follow the instructions below to submit your entry:
- Log in to your On Demand Account at https://app.enterprisedna.co/login.
- Navigate to the Dashboard and click on “Builds” in the Project Center.
- Choose the Build you wish to participate in.
- Click on “Submit Your Build Entry,” which will open a new window to your Forum Account.
- Select the thread with the title of the Build you want to participate in.
- Click on “Reply” and post your entry, which should include the following:
- A copy of your PBIX file.
- A screenshot of your project.
- A brief summary of your project.
- A Power BI Service link (optional).
