Cannot create a one to many relationship

Hi Fellow Power BI Users -

I cannot seem to create a one to many relationship. The cardinality is showing many to one yet image below indicates one to many. For the customer table, I have removed errors, blanks, removed duplicates , trim and cleaned. For the sales table, I trim, clean, remove blanks,errors.

Seems easy to me. You’ve linked up the customer ID to the Sales ID. I doubt these have any relevance at all.

Shouldn’t it be connected to the customer ID in the sales table?

Oh my goodness. A relationship I did see. I have now turned off automatic relationship.
