We are a large company and many teams produce multiple reports. We are pushing all Teams to use the PowerBi Apps to help make it more user friendly for end users who are now getting flooded with reports.
However… we just noticed that we can’t seem to pin visuals from a report in the PowerBi App. The pin option is not there…
Is this correct… is there a work around here or do we need to rethink the use of PowerBi Apps?

I recently had this issue, and I could not find a way to pin from an app. I had to go back to the original report which I had access to as the owner, but nobody else had access to (except through the app). In my case, it was OK because I was building the dashboard for others to use, but if you need to have users pinning visuals to their own dashboards, that’s a problem.

I was really hoping someone was going to point out what a dummy I was because all i had to do was click here or there…
We have been promoting the hell out of Apps… now we need to rethink our messaging.
I’d be thrilled if someone else chimed in and said we were wrong and showed us how to do it, but that was my experience. Sorry!
