Calculate IRR, NPV, IPMT for what if Model

Hi,

How can we calculate IRR, NPV and IPMT in DAX? We have a complex “what if” model made by our CFO in SAP Business Objects Dashboard (formely known as XCelsius) and he had used IRR, NPV and IPMT functions in the model using excel. How can we convert those functions in DAX?
