I am a fractional CFO for several large boat dealerships. The dealers have completely different management systems, ownership, data sources, etc. They do have identical industry metrics. They wish to share metrics. Outside of a manually updated Excel file for each dealer, I cannot think of an automated solution to share data. Perhaps there’s a way each dealer could have an automated daily export of metrics? I’m at a loss. Any ideas would be highly appreciated.
