Analyst Hub Login

Hi! I don’t think I’ve used the Analyst Hub before, but I do have a valid login for platform access and the forums. I tried to go log into the Analyst Hub this morning, and when I try with my platform access credentials, itself that it’s invalid or the user can’t be found. But when I try to sign up for Analyst Hub access, it says my email address is already in use.

How do I resolve this? Thanks!

Also, just in case it helps the troubleshooting process, I clicked the “Forgot Password?” link on the login screen, and it said that it sent an email, but I never received it (and, yes, I checked my junk mail folder).
