Adding user permission to report online

I am trying to give others in my organization the right to edit the report. I have left a couple “sandbox” pages for them to use my existing measures to create their own graphs.

I went to the workspace, and “manage permission” on the report and added them. Their name shows up under Direct Access, but they are still not able to edit the report. Only I am.

How do I give them access to make edits?

Please check which role you assigned

Users with the Viewer role get a read-only experience in the workspace.
