I have worked in the hospitality sector for almost three decades.
In my last position as Assistant Managing Director of Íslandshótel I have managed various projects in the field of policy-making, strategy, operations, financial, due diligence, change management and last but not least the process of organisational restructuring of the company.
During my employement at Íslandshótel, I have also been responsible for analysing, planning , designing and implementing the information technology systems in use today, from the wide area network, server environment to the implementation of a new booking and financial system and the integration of data analytics.
