Show dashboard without resting monitor

Hi,

We received a question from a department that monitors train traffic to show a dashboard without the monitor going to sleep. The screen saver of the PC it is running on is off, but the screen still goes black and you have to make a mouse movement to activate it again. Does anyone have an idea to fix this? By the way, company policy is strict on external tooling or scripts to solve these kinds of things.

This is a windows setup that you can modified.

So this is a computer problem, not a Power BI problem … perhaps a different forum …

I have passed it on to those colleagues and they are going to check it. You are probably right that this is not a Power BI issue. Thanks anyway!

this is done into windows setup but sometime companies have this automatically set to go into screen saver due to security reasons. You may not be able to change because the IT area has it turned off that no one can change it except for the IT area.
