hi team, still struggling with this issue. backround on this:
- i used grouping and binning to group brands into categories
- i am trying to divide calls by this custom group now which is making the total go all wrong in matrix (category in columns)
- i replace the categories in point to with a month value and the totals are perfect.
so in summary it seems the custom group is causing the calculation to go wrong, any ideas on how to get around this? maybe another method?
