Hello - I had a request to enhance our current state of RLS for our dashboards though I am not sure I have ever heard of the request.
When a user logins in to see their dashboard view we want to have the user to see the “entire” dataset but have PBI strip all the names of the team members on the axis and just leave the current user’s name / userprincipalname? Attached is a mockup of what they would like the visuals to look like. Has anyone ever replicated something like this?
Hi @kurzashane - Don’t think what you are requesting is possible inside Power BI. RLS will limit the data for the entire table, so other users data won’t be available.
