RankX with multiple fields

Hello All,
I have started watching the “Ranking Techniques” session, but thought you all might be able to help me.

The Location Rank measure in the attached sample gives the correct result with only the location field and a measure. But when a second field is added, I am not getting the expected result.

Ultimately, I am trying to plot these results on a map, so I’ve also included an example of that where I am seeing different results.

Create a new measure

If you want to create new rank by location and store
