Hi,

I have facing a issue from last two or three day my power bi data refresh fail with the below msg

I am not restarting it .
May i know anyone from you face this type of thing and how you fixed it.

Hi @Anurag - Not sure what the issue if Gateway is not restarting. Is it installed on a Virtual Machine/Server or some local laptop. If laptop, then there may be some updates running that may be restarting it.

Can also check below link, it contains details on all Gateway Issues and Troubleshoot/Fix needed.

If still not resolved, then raise a Support ticket with Power BI and check if they can help.
