Hi there,
I am wanted to publish a PowerBI data model using the service so report creators can select the PowerBI Data Model as the data source. If i do this, I was wondering about who needs what licence.
The data model publisher with have a pro licence.
I know the report creators would need one to publish reports to work spaces, but do the report creators need a pro licence to connect to / consume the data set to simply write their own personal reports?

Yup … Pro to use Power BI datasets.
