Outstanding Loan Amount

I would like to create a measure for outstanding loan amount based on payoff date and origination/funding date. Ie on March 31 2018, i want to show all loans that were funded before 3/31 and not paid off.

Sure, I figured out some of this by myself, but I can’t slice by loan dimensions or by LoanKey/LoanID. The aggregated cumulative total outstanding is returned instead of the subtotal of the cumulative total outstanding. Any idea on how to fix this?
