Mailchimp Intregration and Automation

I have a report with a Measure that returns the number of days passed since each customer’s last purchase. Is there a way that I can automatically trigger a Mailchimp email when a customer is away for certain amount of days? Has anyone done this?

Hi @jmolina

I have searched however couldn’t find a way to send mails through MailChimp using Power BI. Will let you know if come across something. For your requirement, you can also use default “Set Data Alert” in Power BI, however for this you will need to setup one visual for each customer.

Thanks

Hi,

Yes you can acheive this using Microsoft’s Power Automate.
Microsoft Automate is used to manage and automate email marketing activities, including sending marketing emails, automated messages and targeted campaigns. Please check the below link for more details:

Using Power Automate, you can send an email when a Power BI data alert is triggered. Also notify relevant people when a Power BI data alert fires without you having to manually let them know. Anyone can sign up for 90 days free trial.
