Independent measure - average company without filter context

Hi all ,

I would like to request help with my two calculations ( Cal1 and Calc2 marked yellow in the picture below)

So far I have only this in PBI

My main problem is a measure of the average company without context - nothing gives me the correct value because of that I am unable to achieve Cal1 and Calc 2 marked yellow in the first picture.

I have attached : two table ( key is Employee ID) and PBI file with my existing work.

Hi @Iwona,

Thanks for the clear description and files

Quick note.
You used an implicit measure in your table for Total holidays. As best practice make a habbit to always create explicit measures.

You’ll want to review the Calc1 measure because I had to round the Avg total to match the expected outcome.

Calc1 = 
[Total Holiday] * ROUND( [Avg total], 2 )

with this result.
