How to turn measures into columns?

I have these following calculated measures shown below:

My question is how I can turn them into columns, like this?

I can’t do this transformation in power query since these are measures, not calculated columns. So I’m stuck right now.

Choose the Matrix visual and go to the format options in the Values section and enable “Show on rows”
