To share a file with external collaborators using OneDrive for Business in Office 365 E5, you can follow these steps:
Sign in to your Office 365 account and navigate to your OneDrive for Business.
Locate the file you want to share and select it by clicking on the checkbox next to the file name.
In the toolbar at the top, click on the “Share” button.
