Help with dax in a matrix

Hi to all!, first time posting here

I’m trying to do this in a matrix:

Image 1: This is the table that has the information that i have:

Image 2: I want it to show the table like this in power BI:

For example, in the image 2, the number that is inside the matrix in the row 4 (Product 4) with the column 1 (Product 1) is made like this: Sell Out Value Sales Product 4 (300,000) - Sell Out Value Sales Product 1 (200,000) = 100,000 and so on for each number in that row.

How can i do this? i want to analize the opportunities that have each product if i use one as a driver so the other one that has low sales could increase selling both at the same time. Also you can see the file here: https://transferxl.com/0029nyPrsFRVp

Hope u can help me

Thank you all!

If this helps, it should look like the tab in the excel i’m uploading that says “Should Look Like This in PBI”

Thanks  Matriz A.xlsx (67.3 KB)

Hi @MiguelCruz. Please upload your work-in-progress PBIX file for the forum members to use during their analyses. Also, if you include any DAX samples, please use the built-in formatter.
