Yes, there are duplicates because the SLA Table has another column which acts as a the group(Did not share that because the Data is a bit sensitive), and the products you see as duplicates actually belong to another group and majority of the duplicates have different SLA Days
That makes no impact, the duplicate row in the SLA table is like 3 copies of you standing at the Bank’s counter asking for money, do you want 1 of you to take the money or all 3? unless there was an additional column that could introduce unique value for those 3(assumption) duplicate rows there is no need to keep them.
This is a sample of the original table, complaint Category is the principal column. What i am trying to explain is that the duplicates you were seeing are Sub-categories which belongs to different Complaint Categories, so they are not duplicates
