Embedding data in my Power BI model

Hi

I’m trying to add 2.5 million transactions to a Power BI model.

The problem is extracting the data from our database. It takes hours.

Is it possible to add the transaction data to Power BI for say up to 31 Dec 2019 and then only refresh the transaction data from 1 Jan 2020 and add it to the data already in Power BI?

That is, is it possible to get the bulk of the transactions into Power BI so that they are not reloaded every time I refresh?
